Come Out to Cruz Instagram Square

Three great events are happening on Cruz Plaza between April 10 and April 13. Fresh Check Day will be on Wednesday, April 10 from 4-6 pm. Diversity Day will be Friday, April 12 from 3-6 pm, and Bearstock will be on Saturday, April 13 from 4-8 pm! 

Attend all three events with your event pass, and the first 50 students to turn in a complete pass at Bearstock will win one of 50 custom and limited edition Bear Camelbak water bottles!

Fresh Check Day 2024

Fresh Check Day on Wednesday, April 10 from 4-6pm on Cruz

Fresh Check Day is an engaging and uplifting mental health promotion event for colleges that features peer-centered interactive booths, a festive social atmosphere, and free food!

 Come out to Cruz from 4-6pm on Wednesday, April 10 to connect with and learn from your peers and professionals with booths that include information about many topics, all related to mental health and wellness.

You'll get your Come Out to Cruz event pass at check-in! 

Diversity Day 2024

Diversity Day 2024 Friday, April 10 from 3-6pm on Cruz Plaza and in Penfield Hall
Hosted by the Minority Mentor Program and Office of Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives, Diversity Day will be held from 3-6pm on Friday, April 10 on Cruz Plaza. This event will feature free food, student performances, student organization information booths, and so much more! 

This event is a great way for students to have fun and celebrate the cultural diversity on the Macon campus.

Pre-register here for guaranteed food! The first 150 people to register will get a t-shirt!
Make sure to bring your Come Out to Cruz event pass to the event to get your second sticker. No passes will be given at Diversity Day. 

Bearstock Graphic 2024

Bearstock on Cruz Plaza from 4pm-sunset on Saturday, April 13

Come and experience one of Mercer's signature events, a large-scale concert for Mercer students! There will be free food from multiple local vendors, student tailgating, and lots of free giveaways from QuadWorks, the Lofts, and Mercer Votes. Live music and food service starts at 4pm! Local artists will be Lewis Ashe and the Locals and DJ Saturn. Social House will perform, followed by our headliner, MAX. 

Bring your Come to Cruz event pass to the QuadWorks table upon your arrival to claim your water bottle. The first 50 students to turn in a pass with stickers for Fresh Check Day and Diversity Day will receive a water bottle. Verifications will not begin until Bearstock officially starts at 4pm.
